PAX Panel Submissions!
Welcome to the PAX Unplugged Panel Submission System!
Thank you for submitting your panel or talk to PAX! We are always on the lookout for engaging topics focused on tabletop games, tabletop gaming culture, the tabletop gaming industry, and the passionate communities that surround it.
When filling out this form, please attempt to make your submission as complete as possible, including the list of panelists you intend to bring with you. We make our choices solely on these submissions so any information that is incomplete cannot be factored into our final decisions. Here are some of the things we love to see while evaluating:
* Gaming topics that YOU are passionate about.
* Unique perspectives on those topics that we have not seen before.
* A diverse group of panelists. Don’t be afraid to reach outside your immediate network!
* Energetic panelists who are experts in their respective fields.
If you've run this panel a couple times before, consider submitting something different in addition to help us find new creators and experts to share their knowledge at PAX. Each session is 60 minutes long. All speakers will receive a complimentary Special Guest badge, which allows access to all three days of PAX. All panel rooms will be set up with a stage, seating, a projector, up to seven mics and other necessary AV. Projectors are HDMI-compatible, and panelists will need to bring their own laptops and respective dongles to connect to the projector.
If you would like to be considered for a remote, pre-recorded panel (to be run onsite at PAX Unplugged), please specify that in the extra information section of your submission.
We do our best to finalize the schedule about three weeks after the submission deadline.
